I know I'm not the best person to give advise on the matter, but after 15+ years of gaming (since the Atari 2600 really), and countless MMO's, I'm hardly the least qualified or experienced either. So without further ado...
  • Demoralizing Bag - Tea bagging the corpse of another faction player causes the bagged player to receive a 15 minute, -3000 debuff to armor and spell resistance upon resurrection by any means. Stacks.
  • It Takes Skill - When stealth Sniping a player, instantly kills the targeted player, then causes the arrow to magickally bounce to the nearest enemy player, instantly killing them as well. 5min cooldown. Cooldown reset by exiting combat.
  • Blink Ward - Every 15 minutes, when the player's health is reduced to 0 by a PVP encounter, reset their stamina, magicka, and health bar to full, with a full health bar damage bubble on top of it, and cause all players within 400 yards to experience +9000 latency for 1 minute or until killed by the player.
  • Loot Teh Pants - Upon being killed by another player, cause the killed player's currently equipped pants to be removed, un-soulbound, and transferred to the inventory of the killing player. For 30 seconds the killing player will display a flag on their back made out of the killed player's pants. After 30 seconds they will keep the unbound pants permanently.
  • We Earned It - Multiply the player's health, magicka, and stamina by a percentage of their current CP, but only when their faction controls at least 2/3 of the map.
  • Tangible Gains - When killing another player, receive 1000g from the killed player instantly. If the player has no gold, transfer 100 Crowns. If they have no crowns, receive one random article of their current gear, un-soulbound. If they are naked, kick the killed player from Cyrodiil for 15 minutes.
  • For The Honor - Every time you kill an enemy player, receive +200 to all regeneration. Stacks until killed.

That is what I have come up with so far.

I am certain others have more experience turning a AAA RPG franchise into a 90's-era corpse-looting gank-fest.

I welcome your feedback!

I'm The Most Skilled - If opponent's total game played time is less than 75% of the player's, opponent's are given a a stat debuff based on time difference present. Up to 25%.

    Expanding this to PvE...

I Earned This - For every 100 hours you spend in the game, your base stats are increased by 10% permanently. Amount increased to 15% if total 100 hours is achieved in 7 consecutive days or less.

Why Cant We All Just Get Along! - you are able to rez or heal players on the opposing factions, doing so will gain you animated heart bubbles over your head and give a a +500,000 buff in both physical and spell resistance until you do damage to a player.

Make It Rain - When killing an opponent, you pull out a bag containing an amount of gold coins equal to your number of Champion Points and proceed to pour the contents over the deceased's corpse. Can be followed up with Demoralizing Bag for added effect.

Can't find the items you are looking for? Need a place to trade? We welcome ESO players of all platforms at ESO Trade, the home for trading of goods and services in the lands of Tamriel.

Need More Peppermint Schnapps - When capturing a keep, the owning guild must pay out a "maintenance fee" to purchase alcohol for the standing guards. Failure to do so results in them abandoning their posts, and leaving the keep unguarded.

Implementing just two or three of these ideas would fix PVP permanently. It would fix lag, queues, and you would get no complaints from anyone anymore in the forum. :)
