Question Regarding Coldharbour Questline and important npcs that have gone missing

Forgive me if I posted in the wrong forum section as I am new to the forums but, I wanted to ask if it was possible to do the rest of the sidequests involving the lights of meridia in coldharbour after the completion of the main questline in coldharbour. Reason I am worrying is because as of recently, a lot of important quest npcs that are suppose to be present in the gameworld seem to have vanished and one of these npcs is treeminder xohaneel who offers the quest "Wisdom of the Ages" in haj uxithh. and so I am stuck at 4/5 meridia light crystals and am reluctant to continue the main questline in coldharbour because I am a completionist and am afraid that I will be locked out of the achievement "Meridia's Light Bearer" so if anyone would like to answer this question thank you

And another thing. she has gone missing just like a lot of important npcs such as the rawl'aka stablemaster (you'll see alot of people complaining about him in zone chat)and sarolion (from questionable contract) from the NA servers for the past few days and wanted to ask how do I report bugs ingame? ok thank you ahead of time

I'm not sure if it exists on console, but you should be able to report bugs from the Help section of the menu (the same place where you find the tutorial text and the "Get Me Unstuck" option). On PC, it's also in the Help section of the menu, or you can access it with /bug.

In theory you should be able to do the side quests after completing the main Coldharbour storyline, but I've never tried that myself.
