Almost 2 months in now and every now and then a quest npc will be invisible, no big deal I'll just relog.
But now I'm on the Prisoner of J- (don't wanna butcher name) in Malabal Tor AD, and this quest is literally unfinishable unless I log on at like 3am and hope no one else is doing the quest either. You already have situations in game where If you kill a boss/elite mob and someone else enters then boss will respawn (I've literally been looting a just killed elite mob to have it respawn on me because someone else entered room) so why can't that be the case for this quest?
And I know there is a specific thread for that quest but I'm asking about all bugs, isn't that what maintanences are for? So when will maintenances be effective?
