Mail glitch

No one in game can send me mail and I was wondering if there's a possible fix for this. It's not just one person having the issue, it's everyone whether on my friends list or not. It just says 'there's no player that exists with that gamertag' when they try. My gamertag is just Krimit Terror so there's no special characters or misspelling going on. They've tried both from the friends list and typing my name in manually but it gives the same error.

Methadone_Man✭✭✭View gamercard, then back out of the gamercard screen, then try to send mail again. Works every time.Gamertag is Methadone Man0
