Anyone know say if you are a different race than the alliance you are in...example a Dark Elf in DC if you get different suddle responses from NPC's, guards, people wandering, around etc....than say if you were a Breton in the DC? Can you give me a couple basic examples?

There are no differences in dialogue from race to race from what I have seen. There are some conversation were it seems that your race is taken into account but those are just coincidences.

There is also no acknowledgement of vampire status in any of me encounters.
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

We live in relatively tolerant times in Tamriel. Or the NPCs do their s***-talking behind your back. Yeah, I know you're talking about me when you're yelling "it's here!" in Riften. Rude.

The only quest I remember being different depending on your race was the one at the College of Aldmeri Propriety. If you are an Altmer the NPC says something about not needing anymore teachers. If you are any other race, he says something about you being student.

There is also a quest in Dashaan where the one of the NPCs recognizes your character's gender.

Those are the only two I can think of at the moment.
