Imperial Templar Healer with Vampirism

Since my Templar healer is V14 I decided to become a Vampire and see how that plays. Any suggestions or criticisms about being a Templar healer plus a Vampire for Imperial race? I have not tried a dungeon run yet, but I was planning to just use Kuta Fire Resists on my rings/necklace. Has anyone successfully healed Vet dungeons/Craglorn dungeons as an Imperial Vampire Templar?

can't speak for it, but they are buffing fire resist glyphs in the dlc + nerfing how much fire hurts vamps iirc.

so even if you are hit to hard by fire now it might not be so bad after the expansion.

I as able to successfully heal dungeons on my retired Breton vamp Templar healer. I have since made an Imperial and will be doing the same thing.

With your class heals your vamp shouldn't be an issue.

And like the poster above me said, the fire issue will be lessened next update.

I'd not recommend Vampire purely from a gameplay point of view.

Dragonstar arena means you'll possibly get killed in a single hit by the fighters guild abilities. As well that even after the fixes and fire damage reduction 25% is still quite a hit of extra damage to take. This can be lessened by investing heavily in the relevant champion points and after the fix fire resistance, but I'm certain there are better enchants and ways to spend your points as a healer.

Your biggest reward will be the 10% magicka regeneration, something you as a healer very likely won't be struggling with in the slightest.

Again, I strongly recommend against it, unless you really love the Vampire style. (even though from a lore point of view a Vampire templar is a tad odd)
