Question Vampire: Unnatural recovery

Hello everyone I just purchased Vampires skill Unnatural recovery and I haven't noticed any charges well on my player page so o I am wondering if this skill is bugged, As before I had this skill I was at 155 Health recovery at Stage 4, Before it was the same.

any input would be helpful,

That's either Supernatural Recovery, which increases your magicka/stam regeneration, or
Unnatural resistance, which indeed reduces the health recovery drawback.
