Can you still gain experience for fighters guild when you fight at anchor locations even though you have already completed them?

I would think so, as long as your not to a higher level then the enemies you're killing

Yes, you can gain xp from participating in dolmens you've already completed. However, you'll likely receive diminishing returns as your player level increases; after you are a certain number of levels above the anchor's level (4 or 5, forgot which), you will no longer be able to loot (or even see) the chest that falls from the sky after destroying the final pinion.

5 levels maximum and minimum.
