Is there a minimum level to enter Imperial City?

Is there a minimum level to enter Imperial City? I only have a level 22, but I want to feel the adrenaline rush of a street brawl. If there is a minimum level, I guess I won't buy the Imperial City content...

L10 as stated. You will be battle leveled to match up, sort of, with the other VR Ranks.


However I would strongly urge you to spend time on the non Vet PvP campaigns to get your PvP skills honed to razors edge before IC launches.

Level 10. The only requirement is the ability to enter Cyrodiil.

Uh no ... well technally level 10 cause that's the level you have to be enter Cyrodiil.

I seen something like level 10. So I am assuming that level 10 is the minimum level to be to enter the Imperial City.

Don't worry, I currently have a list of priorities to spend my time for this next week while I have nothing planned:

1st priority: Level my main character in RIFT to Level 65 (so that way I can do Conquest raids on weekends, since I go back to school in August, unlike most school districts in other states).
2nd priority: ESO PvP in my home campaign (I'm planning on deleting my other 7 characters and then restarting with my main Bee'lest (EP), and then create two new characters, one AD, and one DC, so that way I can experience the thrill from any alliance).

Well not really that's the level when you can enter Cyrodiil and since the city is in Cyrodiil the level to technally to enter is level 10.
