In the Quest Questionable Content, The part were you need to collect the hoarvar chitin is busted. The guy you are supposed to talk to is not there or he invisible. it does not even give you a marker to follow to him. I have check the quest help on this quest at 3 different locations and they all say the same thing. but when you go there he is not there.
