How do you increase Spell Damage?

I'm currently a Templar and my Spell Damage is only 1000, but these videos I see on YouTube, they have over 2k, and some even say that 2800 is unacceptable.

On my DW bar I have 3129 spell damage (buffed) with 34k max magicka.
4x Martial Knowledge / 2x Torugs Pact/ 2x Adroitness / 2x Cyrodiil's Light / 2x Worm Cult (or 2x Stygian daggers)
Entropy to increase your spell damage by 20%.
I use the Atronach mundus stone because my magicka regen is pretty low (1.2-1.4k) but you could use the Mage for even more damage. All magicka enchants and 3x magicka cost reduction on jewelry.Edited by Septimus_Magna on July 24, 2015 6:20AMPC - EU (AD)Septimus Mezar - Altmer Sorcerer
