The greatest problem facing the ESO console version is undoubtedly its public community. Area chat is an overly spammed and immature mess, Cyrodiil is too large to find groups with area chat, and the dungeon finder just doesn’t work.
Enter ‘Dark Side of the Scrolls’
An Ebonheart Pact guild created by friends for the purpose of creating a community of players to team up and tackle objectives.
With the use of our out-of-game general guild chat, finding other players to join your group can take a matter of seconds.
Our plan was that if we invite all guild members to a group PSN message board, and then download the PlayStation app on your mobile device, guild members could communite with each other via text, much like a typical PC MMO guild chat window.
Our plan worked, and after just three weeks since starting our guild, we currently have over 60 members and are growing fast!
But if your goal is to just get into some big guild without contributing much, this guild may not be for you.
You see, at Dark Side, we’re a team. A group of friends aimed at helping each other rather than constantly focusing on ourselves. It’s a TEAM of players. A community. A GUILD!
We’re growing every day, and if you’re looking to become a part of a gaming community, we’d love to have you.
We currently hold weekly PvP events and are looking into hiring a guild trader.
