Earthen heart passive - Mountain Blessing bug? No minor Brutality

I don't recieve minor brutality. Anyone else have this problem? I am 99% sure I had it last week when activating an Earthen Heart ability.

    Just realized how many bad players there are out there, when no one notice this. Exepct if its a bug on my account only. 5% of 3700 does alot, and its also the only reason I have an earthen heart ability on my bar.

    It works man, it just doesnt show it in the stats.

    For me it shows in my stats when I use it while in combat.

    Well it should be in the stats, so its not working properly in that case then. And its not only on active effects it doesnt show, it doesnt increase my weapon power either.
