I know that. But the fact that you cannot actually while you are 'Tabbed' is what I find an issue.

Cannot actually ....?
What he said man...Tab Targeting doesn't actually do anything but highlight a player.
It doesn't do anything to help you land an attack other than keep tabs on where that player is and it's not supposed to. It's working exactly as intended.

what OP is getting at is that it's unfair that you can magicly track someone without some special skill designed for said job, making hiding nigh impossible since you know where they went untill stealthed.
I don't think it's because someone has you targeted.
There are conditions that have to be met before you can hide again. It's not some magic hide-in-plain-sight thing.
For those of us that aren't nightblades it's very difficult to hide again period. It doesn't have anything to do with that.

I am playing stealth-based stamina Templar in pair with my friend- stamina NB, and he has the same issues. Sometimes it takes him around 5 minutes to hide after we ganked and got spotted by the other players while I can hide instantly. And vice-versa.

Your own eyeballs can do the exact same thing.
