Or it could be an eye opener for the guilds still using it....Cuz, ya know, meteor isn't the problem.
My hypothesis: You guys are gonna literally break the game if you do this! lol! No more ESO for any of us. Thats whats gonna happen!

So with the server already stressed, spamming meteor wont prove that meteor itself causes lag.

Chances of coordinating a pop-locked PTS Meteor event would be more difficult to arrange on PTS.
I still think it should be done in live as well regardless, especially if that could be contrasted to PTS in order to determine the value and effectiveness of LoS changes that were made with the patch. If there were a noticeable improvement I think that would really help improve morale.

Lets give them the stress test they've always dreamed of. Call it our way of civil protest lol.

We might actually light the servers on fire.

i vote bridge too. the bridge has history for everyone and its a neutral location (kinda)

Azuras is way too crowded.

I hope us all just standing near each other doesn't cause lag if we're not attacking each other. I don't understand what calculations would be taking place, it's not like there's collision, etc.

So people are complaining that a "stress test" is going to be too crowded? /boggle
I'm sure people from every faction can spam chat and say don't cross this line. If you have meteor slot it and wait for the signal. Would be more productive hosting this on a crowded server.
Yes I remember trying to figure out if ZOS servers went down or if it was just me every time I tried to kill a Smurf Dev.sixuponthelot wrote: »Ah that 1.6 pvp pts test, remember that?

Woah woah woah, hold up a second.
Remember back when 1.6 hit the PTS there was a big "PvP with the devs" event scheduled one evening and there were something like six crashes in 10 minutes? At the time we were told that the PTS server was not the the same as, and smaller than the live servers. So scheduling a meteor event on the PTS is pointless because we already know the PTS Cyodiil will lag without even using meteor.
This needs to be organized on the live servers & there needs to be devs experiencing it.
