ESO should give the option to choose what "hand' you are, if you are left handed, you get on the right... if you are right handed, you get on the left. Then they could just flip all the animations.
I know it's not THAT simple, but it should still be an option. These little things are more important than most people realize. It helps the player relate and feel a connection to the game which fosters loyalty and longevity of play.

Well it's a fantasy world. All you have to do is come up why in this world they use the right side. It's not like they are in Europe during the Renaissance. Just because something is one way in our world a fantasy world can be something different.

I don't mean for just the horses... all things. There should be a southpaw option for players.
Which is actually where we get the word sinister from in english. In latin sinister means "left side" or "left handed".ESO should give the option to choose what "hand' you are, if you are left handed, you get on the right... if you are right handed, you get on the left. Well back in the olden days left handed people were considered evil. Maybe there is something to that.

This will look like an unimportant thing, but for a horse-rider like myself it is not
How come we mount and dismount our horses on the wrong side ?
I mean, in real life we always mount and dismount our horse on the left side, but here in ESO we do it on the right side ... is there a reason for this or did the devs just threw it at random and unluckily happened to be wrong ?
Huh? I always get on my bike from whatever side is most convenient. In motocross, that is generally the side on which I find myself laying on the ground! This will look like an unimportant thing, but for a horse-rider like myself it is not

Yeah, same with a motorcycle.

In ESO, since my staff is always on my back when I mount, I don't really care what side I mount from.
Clearly you don't usually ride your bike while you're wearing a sword!Huh? I always get on my bike from whatever side is most convenient. This will look like an unimportant thing, but for a horse-rider like myself it is not

Oh, yeah - forgot about that! My bike fell once after the sidestand sunk into the hot asphalt, and after that I always use the centerstand (no lean)!Huh? Small dirt bikes or crotch-rockets might be different, but larger motorcycles lean to the left on their kickstand. But this explains it much better than I can:
