all it fixed was fast spawning pigs and low lvl mobs and some other low priority issues... meanwhile some skills and exploits are still broken and running rampant... as good as ESO is... Blizzard do a far better job fixing issues

Exploits may take longer to fix (I won't know, I'm not a game developer) and the thing is Blizzard has years and years of experience with MMO's and all the major bugs or 'exploits' are fixed within a couple weeks. The thing is, it's been out for so long that all other bugs or the little things such as fast spawning pigs are solved and do not need their attention.

They also only need to focus on the computer version of the game. I'm a console player and not saying that it was a terrible idea to add the ESO game on consoles, however I agree that if it was only released on the computer that a lot more things may have been fixed as they wouldn't of had to focus on the consoles gameplay.

Also, WoW is a much simpler game in comparison, technically speaking. A mage can only wear cloth, and only use mage skills. In TESO, a sorcerer can be a DPSer in cloth, a healer, or a tank in heavy armor, depending on what skills he slots and what items he wears. Only three skill lines are class-exclusive. The result is a million of possible combinations, skills affecting each other to hell and back - a balancing nightmare.
