Well that appears to be a trophy (if it exists at all), it may briefly transform you for a few seconds but the transformation will just be aesthetic, no WW skills, and there is certainly nothing in game to maintain WW form indefinitely. I guess the answer is I'm not sure if it exists, but even if it does, it's not going to do what you think here, so forget about it
