Thoughts:
-Relentless Focus(Morph) should cost/scale from Stamina.
-Merciless Resolve(Morph) should be converted to the Relentless Focus magicka equivalent.
-Assassin's Will(Proc) should fire alongside your next Heavy attack once activated, and reset the buffs duration.
The first two is good with Me, I still like to toggle the button to attack, stacking it with your next heavy attack would be too much damage and others would call for a Nerf on it, lets not do that... ummmmkaySigned,

Member of ESO Since January 29, 2014, started early Access 3/30/14 on PC, currently subbed on NA PS4 and on NA PC. Note- I only use PC for PTS testing purposes, the PS4 is my dedicated Game Platform.
Note- for those that don't know how to say Kotaro Atani it's "Ko tar row Ah ta ni" (Ko with a Oh sound, tar which sounds like the sticky black tar stuff, row like rowing a boat, Ah with a AHHHH sound, Ta with a Tahhh sound, Neeee which sounds like knee)
Things ZOS needs to Fix:"Lag in PvP" / AOE's need to run for their time stated in the Tool Tip, especially Ultimate's / Smart drops are still not smart / Fix it ZOS, fix it.

Sounds fair. I think casting Assassin's Will should refresh the buffs duration though. The way it is currently is a bit awkward.

✭✭I agree with a couple of your point's.
1: Relentless Focus should cost stamina. Also deal physical damage based on your Max stamina.
2: The second morph should just be the magicka counterpart of relentless focus.
How would assassin's will proc if you were using a dual wield? I go in for a heavy attack and i end up shooting the spectral bow? That just would not work. The way it is now is perfectly fine. Apart from me having to switch bar's to use it, i would much rather it be a synergy effect though.
Also resetting the buff's duration would be a little to powerful. 4 auto attack's BANG 4 auto attack's BANG! With a bow that would be to good. You still have to pay for the outcome. I like the way it perform's now apart from being 7 light attack's, which is being changed.
The patch will surely be enough to fix this. 4 auto attack's is plenty of time to activate spectral bow within the duration.
