What Ports to I need to use for Port Triggering?

I did do a search and the only answers I saw were for PC.

I contacted support and recieved a response that suggested that I need to Port Forward. I'd rather do the Port Triggering, if possible.

so what Ports do I need to use for this?

In my understanding of networking - they are the same ports.

So take the list of ports they gave you for Port forwarding and setup port triggers.

Or just put your console in the DMZ and never worry about ports again.

I received this response from ZOS customer support regarding my internet connection set up on PS4:

Try changing your DNS. Here's how:

Go to Settings
Go to Network
Go to Set Up Internet Connection
Select Wifi/LAN depending on your connection
Select Custom
IP Address Setting = Automatic
DHCP Host Name = Do Not Specify
DNS Settings = Manual
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
MTU Settings: Automatic
Proxy Server: Do Not Use

At the very least you will need these guys. I'm not sure if ESO requires any other ports beyond that.
