I found this rare Item on my playstation and can't seem to use it, anyone know what to do with it?

    Right-click on it (or whatever the equivalent function is on consoles), and use it. It's just a trophy that adds to your collections achievement. You can loot more than one, but it will only be added to your collection once. If you loot another one, place it in your bank for an alt to use.

    Cant use trophies on consoles, not sure if they're added to your achievements on pickup.

    Anyways, only thing to do is sell it to a vendor.
