After reading around a bit, a couple people mentioned that Vigor, the currently level 10 assault rank skill, will now be lowered to rank 5, is this true?
And what does that mean for the other skills? What skill will now be at rank 10? Are new skills being added? Basically I would like a basic idea of the overall change happening, if ofc anyone actually knows anything.
