Ok, so we all know the problems with the Champion points in Low level (Non-VR) and High Level PvP with people not actually requiring skill to be better than others and instead just having far better Stats because they grind all day.

This should be easily fixable but is instead being treated as a major issue where the game mechanics would have to be redesigned.

A simple Idea would be to just give everyone the same flat amount of champion points in PvP zones (Cyrodil And Imperial. City) For example you may have only 60 CP's but in PvP you would be available to 360 CP's. And if you have 900 CP's you would only be available to 360 CP's.

On top of this if people with a lot of CP's wanted their grinding to have some kind of impact then it could be possible to make it so on top of the flat 360 CP's the players would be awarded 1 Extra CP for every 20 that they have. This would make it so people with many still feel like they had earned more but not give them so much of an advantage that it's completely unfair.

    I think it would be easier and most sensible to just make non-vet pvp campaigns exclude CPs, Just turn them off.
