Research skill and respeccing

Bwookiee
Bwookiee
I have maxed research skill in the available crafting skill lines and always run 3/3 research timers.... I am wanting to respec to lvl up other skills but still keep my research skills which i understand i have to spec out of then back into.

My question is when i respec, what happens to the items presently being researched... Do they remain unchanged? Or do i lose the extra 2 research items? Or something else?

Thx

As long as you put points back into research, you won't see any difference to your researched items including those currently in progress. Not sure what happens if you fail to put in those points.

When you pull the points out, the time to research goes back to Pre-Discount*. You won't be able to research any new items until they are all finished, assuming you put no points back.

*The base time never really changes, but you get discounts to the amount of time based on the Passives and or ESO Plus.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
