If I am VETERAN 2, can I still do the regular dungeons in the normal level areas with level 40-50s

I haven't done much dungeons and i am V.2, I want to start to do them all so I have them all complete by time Imperial City comes out. What I want to know is if I go back to my starting zone which Is EBONHEART PACT, Can I do all the group dungeons in STONEFALLS, DEASHANN, SHADOWFEN, EASTMARCH, RIFT with regular level 40-50s while I'm VET2 and still get rewards for them?

you can go into the dungeon if they are the leader and it will scale to their level. You will not get any loot from the mobs nor get experience, but you will get the skill point and the achievement and the undaunted exp from completing the dungeon.

Group dungeons are available at all levels. It will be at the group leaders level. So if you were the group leader all the enemies will be vet 2 and you will get vet 2 rewards from the bosses.

EDIT: If you got a level 40 to be leader you will NOT get any rewards. I believe you have to be within 4 levels of one another in order to get rewards.
