Stamina Templar using biting jabs for pvp?

Is it even possible? I would love to try it but seems I need a good snare to land the biting jabs otherwise you are hitting empty air :-(

Can someone link me to a good Stamina/Biting jabs pvp build?

    You should head over to Tamriel foundry, they have pretty good Templar section. I would link it but I'm on mobile and I don't know how to do it

    One last question...

    I often see lev10-50 players in the noob pvp area with v3/v4 next to their name? Veteran potions?
