Click play - black screen - Automatically closes

Hi,

I recently installed a new CPU/Motherboard on my computer.
I installed ESO. I played a little bit. I tried to get Sweetfx to work, but couldn't get it working for some reason.

Then today, I went to play, and it just went to a black screen and crashed.
I deleted all Sweetfx files / Radeonpro / anything that I was using.
I tried launching the game from the launcher, and same thing - black screen, crash (no error message, no sound).

I tried running "repair" and it didn't work.

I tried EVERY solution in http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/928118#Comment_928118
under the category Black Screens & Game Crashes: -Vsync, power management, driver updates, windows updates, direct x version, deleting usersettings (which by the way, usersettings is not being re-generated, so I had to put in a default - made sure screen res was correct, etc... )

I tried deleted shader.cookie and it also is not re-generating this file (likely just black screen and crashing before it gets to that point in the program, as it's crashing nearly instantly).

I tried restarting. I have no addons, etc..

I just really can't figure out what the problem is.

I've tried repairing twice. I'll try re-installing overnight.....

any ideas....?

Okay,

I also tried re-installing my video card drivers.

Now instead of just the crashing, I get an error report, see below
