Alchemy reagents locations (level dependent?)

Hello! I've been scouring the internet for a list of alchemy reagents and what areas to find each one in, but I can't find anything conclusive. It would be cool if we could compile a list/share some knowledge right here .

I'm sort if new to ESO, so my characters are just around level 10 but I still noticed that I only find the same few reagents over and over and over. I was wondering if the reagents are location dependent (like some are in auridon, some are in grahtwood, etc) or are they level dependent? (you find different ones as you get to higher levels)?

Does anyone know about this?

The plants used is not level specific. Areas around lakes seem to have the most plants. The level is determined by the water used to make them, and the water level is determined by the zone level.

Reagents are actually all over the place but a few of them spawn less often such as Columbine and Mountain Flower. A lot of the times in the lower zones you will only find Blessed Thistle and Wormwood because they are the less desired reagents. Pick them!! I use them to level up my other characters alchemy so I don't waste my good reagents.

Also at lower levels, reagents can be much harder to spot if you don't have keen eye. Once you have one point in Keen Eye, they are much easier to find. Tip: Don't bother putting more than 1 point in keen eye. It doesn't make much of a difference.

I'm mostly just trying to find some ingredients for a ravage stamina potion for the alchemy writs but I can't find anything except luminous russula =( it's really frustrating
