Is it an AOE? Like before I pick a fight with a group of mobs, does one cast hit the entire group or do I have to cast it on each individual mob within that pack?

Individual and one per attack

If you recast it in a different objective, the previous one is lost. Just make sure to cast it in one enemy, do all the damage to him and once he dies, recast it in a different objective.

A good trick to survive and get the Major Berserk buff quickly is to cast it over a low health enemy.

On larger mobs i usually cast it on the weakest one first before jumping in. That way, you can use that one to heal up if the rest of the mob gets the better of you. I rarely have to cast it twice.

Gotcha, thanks! I'm a NB magicka siphon tank just looking to duel wield while questing solo and it is working great to nuke the mobs quicker and reapers mark was confusing me on the heal, but now I know what i was doing wrong.
