Which kind of glyphs can be applied to shields?

The same that can be applied to armor. A shield is considered armor like pauldrons or helms.

In reality it means you can put magicka, health or stamina on it. It's also considered a "large" piece, so it will get the full effect of the enchantment, like chest/helm/leg pieces.

Dracane

I wouldn't use Health on shields though, as you will loose it when you swap weapons.

I would enchant it with Magicka or Stamina, as both are a focus and your abilities benefit from having a higher max pool.
