Without any addons, it's simply a matter of looking at the sun to get an idea of what time of day it is. It moves consistently so once you get use to it you can fairly accurately determine what period it's currently; e.g. dawn, morning, midday, afternoon, dusk etc.

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

No, I mean the game's actual time. Not total time played. It's for day/night cycle purposes.

For PC there's addon that shows it. For console, I have no idea if one can see the time anywhere.

Each day is 6.5 hours long realtime, consisting of 5 hours of daylight and 1.5 hours of night approx. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west, just like real world. If the sun is rising, 5 hours of daylight ahead. If the sun is overhead, noon (about 2.5 hours until night). Telling time at night is harder. The moon doesn't pass at high through the sky so it is hard to tell a time. No other in game clock for consoles as far as I know. Wouldn't that be a great app for iPhones, androids, or even console itself though? :p I'd prolly pay for one of they made it lol
