Im looking for vr14 light rings but the ap vender only goes to vr12 ?

    The gear that you see on the elite gear vendor is based on your level. If you aren't VR14, then you won't see VR14 gear for sale.

    Why can i see vr12 at level 31 tho?

    They're mixed in towards the bottom in no particular order that makes sense.

    Which again makes no sense because the magus has the same rings at a lower VR level.

    I just hit vr14 looking for jewellery - can't find any.
    Craglorn only has vr11 - thought I saw vr12 stuff there before the DLC.
    Anyone know where to get them now.

    Have you checked the guild stores?

    Things like cyrodiils light, ravager are only available in Cyrodiil from the elite vendors
