at this moment I am in the need for a mass amount of cheese. If someone could point me in to a location where I could find lots of cheese, that'd be great.

If you have Coldharbour unlocked, the best place for cheese is the guild kiosk right by the wayshrine. There are skewers of cheese on the wagon behind the guild vendor. You will know it when you see it.

Generally, Coldharbour is amazing for provisioning ingredients because nothing is owned.

Riften; where there are giants there is usually tubs of mammoth cheese which is just cheese in your inventory. No bounty, but you may have an upset giant.

The Vile Manse, public dungeon in East March AD. There's a room off to the side in the basement in the first area you get to when you go through the locked door at the start of the dungeon with a literal wall of cheese. Grabbed 40+ cheese in one go. They're sitting in full cheese rounds on shelves, maybe 6 or 7 full cheese rounds with a dozen or so little cheese wedges you can pick up. Kinda hard to target each piece, but they're there.
