The required rank to unlock Vigor is just being decreased in the next update. Why would we want to a) add another important skill that only a minority of the playerbase may ever use or b) adding a useless skill for nothing?
And we really don't need anymore passives right now, tyvm.

Why make it easier? make everything harder! People work hard for there pvp rank why not be rewarded for it? Why does the skill have to be useless? What about a pvp negate or a a giant circle which increases stamina recovery for everyone in the area for 5second. Make them both cost a huge amount obviously and clearly these are just things I made up on the spot, with time useful skills could be thought out.

Show me where it says PvP players are the minority. I think it's the majority, here in ESO and across mmos. PvP is the future. Like ESO all mmorpg here forth have a heavy pvp emphasis. You know why? There are more pvpr's. Simple.

I would love it of they added different costumes for different ranks such as uniforms for each rank a recruits uniform looking like a secondhand piece of scrap to a legionaries uniform lookibg like something a everyday battle uniform to higher ranks having more decorated costumesI think players that get that high in rank are already going to have more champ points and often better gear, they don't need more skills that most players don't have access to. The alliance war skill lines are already the longest to level up to max in the game (by a HUGE margin) we don't need to extend that. I'd rather see other rewards, like maybe costumes or something unique like that.

If you play less why should you be rewarded equally? By your logical theres no point to pvp ranks at all and everyone should have a max level character with everything.
