Minimum health/resist/etc. numbers for avoiding one-shots in PVP

Hi all,

First, TL;DR version: Please give me your opinion of the minimum amount of damage you should be hit by and still survive in order to avoid being one-shot in Cyrodiil by the 'average decently-experienced v14 PVPer'. I'm not talking about the gods of PVP, just solid, good, PVPers. I need a build that can take that number that I can then construct the rest of my build around.

Now for the longer version

Was looking forward to my new build--had all the armour ready, when I levelled today. Took it for a test run and was disappointed. It was a combo of full sets of Adroitness and Syrabane (v12). My test run was pulling Craglorn mobs of archers/bruisers/menders/etc. About 10-12 npcs just south of Sandy Path way shrine (good place for testing build survivability/solo-ability, btw). Problem is my health and physical resistance (armour) is too low by 1000 and I'm getting one-shot by archers who hit for 16,600. No point having wicked Mag and Stam regen and having both near full when I'm dead in one shot. Don't think the build's sustainable for that reason.

My go-to for the last couple vr levels is a 2 HA and 5 LA. The 2HA is enough to keep my health/physical resistance numbers high enough to swallow an unblocked Craglorn archer hit and heal myself back to full in a couple seconds (Templar). I'm a mag build so my stamina runs out and I don't have enough to block or roll dodge sometimes.

That's background: To my question--

Since I'll be reverting back to a 2HA 5LA build so I can take the 16,600 hits and survive in Craglorn, what in your opinion is the minimum amount of hit points to survive a median (or at least average) one-shot in PVP and survive long enough to get a couple heals and shields up? (yes, I'm fully aware that good players will not only one-shot me but cc me at the same time, been there done that, I'm just looking for the one-shot minimum number here).

I know there's no exact answer, but details aside, and excepting the odd uber-ex-emperor who hits for 28k while sneaking, critting, etc. etc., what is a solid median number of damage delivered above which you'll survive the majority of one-shots in Cyrodiil?

I tend not to get one-shot in PVP (with exceptions, of course), but like I said, when stam runs out, sometimes you can't roll dodge or block your way out of an incoming nuclear warhead and you just have to take it. I'd like to plan for a reasonable amount of nuke damage so I just survive by a hair's breath. I'm a healer and being alive is helpful to the whole healing process.
