• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)
We are currently investigating issues some players are having on the North American megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Hey everyone, it's been 8 days now since my ESO Plus Subcription renewed and I still haven't got my 1500 crows... Feeling pretty robbed out of the money I've spent for my subscription.

Need help please, I don't understand why I haven't got my crowns! :(

    Having the same problem, haven't received crowns for new month and I email support. They said it could take up to 4 days but its been almost 6.

    Im in the same boat it's been 8 days now for me and i've contacted support god knows how many times without a lick of getting it fixed.

    It's frustrating isn't it guys, support hopefully will get round to sorting this our soon!
    Otherwise I'm just gonna cancel it if I'm not getting my crowns :(

    I was gonna resub now for the upcoming dlc, but thinking I might just not....

    I've been waiting since my renewal on the 10th. Support just sends me to microft which sends me back to eso support because all they can do is refund me the 14.99. If this isn't resolved soon I will take my refund.

    I can't believe how many problems this is causing for everyone, if it doesn't get sorted soon then I'm definitely cancelling the Subcription...

    I'm surprised they don't fix this ASAP. They don't seem to care if they lose subs. How hard is it to give us the crowns we paid for?

    This is why I didn't renew this month. I'll renew when we actually get what we pay for.

    Guess that means ill be canceling mine before it renews. Thanks for the info guys sorry for your luck :/

    It's probabt best to cancel just before it renews, then purchase again, that way you're more guaranteed to get the crowns, renewing seems to have a bit of a problem! :(

    It's the 23rd now so it's been 13 days and still haven't gotten mine and support just flat out sucks. Im just going to get a refund and if Playstation or ESO refuses it then ill do a charge back.
