Just got this game and have been loving it.
Happened to come across the Malukah NPC and was wanting to stand there and listen to her sing.
Then there was this Khajit NPC yapping constantly.
After a minute or so, I got annoyed and jumped down there to see if I could kill it. I couldn't, but I took down a couple of the onlookers.
Is there any way possible to move either one of these NPCs?
