I have a family member that also plays ESO. We use two separate XBL accounts. Do I have buy the Imperial City twice, once on each account? I know one XBL account works for both of us. I also understand that items from the crown store are bound to account and not console (which makes sense to me). That said, I didn't have to buy two copies of the game for us both to play so I'm hoping that DLC IS console based and not account based.
Also, Is ESO Plus account or Console based?
