I'm at potency rank 4/9 on an EP character. I'm in silver atm, can anyone recommend a zone I should go to so I can look for runestones I can use to level up or an alternate source? Any help is appreciated! :)

    The starter islands are good places to farm runestones. In your case i think Stros M'kai is at silver level.

    Running the daily crafting writs will give you a nice boost to leveling it.

    Additionally if you have any friends/guild members with high level enchanting trade them your materials and get them to make glyphs for you to break down. To get materials just keep farming items as you're adventuring.

    If you happen to be on PC EU server I will gladly take the time to craft and mail you any enchanting items to break down if you can supply materials.
