I rescued the Ayelid King and intro'd him to the fighters guild. Now I'm suppose to save rescue Vanus Galerion but can't find a way to access that part of the map?

DXCortEX✭✭Go to the eastern most door in the Hallow City (not the east-south one, going back to the portal). There should be an opened passage (no door) on the right. If you go straight east from there, you'll see an appearition of Vanus, and the quest to stop the great shackle.0
