✭A quick Google search will provide you an answer, but like others have said, anyplace that had dense mobs is good.
On anther note, people are unlikely to post their favorite grid spots, add they will be nerfed or become over camped.

✭look for dense mob populated quest areas - they have a high respawn to match eventually multiple players doing that quest without to much waiting time for respawns...

Even though they are all vet 12 they are easy to do, the spawn rates are fast and a few of them are quite empty always., and the exp is great.
No other place to grind out chump points like a boss exists1 -

(just go Crackwood Cave in Cyrodiil, plenty of mobs there if you know the rotations it's like 700k exp per hour. without pots.)
there's also some spot for AD right south of bloodmayne, follow up the shore, swim a bit to a bandit camp SW of bloodmayne castle, it's always empty, aside from a few ad newbz rarely on there, and then you can farm all you want, also some AP from the clueless ones that go there if you're DC or EP

Also don't forget the inbetween spots from all major keeps that are out of the way, that most ignore cause one is closer to a safer keep and such There is one right northest of brindle that is good for both dc and ad really
