How are people one shoting everything with a bow?

Topic says it all. I was at a farm area and you see a few people running around hitting everything one time and they're dead. What ability is this?

Snipe morph plus animation canceling can get you some pretty good DPS.
Reaper's Mark -> Lethal Arrow cancel with Light Attack cancel with Poison Injection and watch them melt to dust ...
