Transferring my account.

I originally bought ESO for Xbox 1 (because my computer isn't powerful enough to run it yet) but the people I live with play on PC so o want to convert, I can't find anything online that says this is possible so I tried using one of their games to see if my characters would carry across from my Xbox to their PC but it says my log in details are invalid but I can log into the account online and view my profile no problem (it's the same account so obviously same username and password), I have emailed support about this about a week ago but no reply yet, can anyone tell me why I can't log into the PC game or if I can transfer my account/characters to PC, thanks.

There is currently no ability to transfer your account between platforms. If you own the XBox One copy of ESOTU, you will only be able to log in on XBox One. If you wish to play on PC, you would need to purchase the PC copy and create a PC account. Please note that characters will not transfer between platforms.

You do not own ESO for PC. Thats why you can't login on the pc. Only if you buy the PC-version of the game and link the serial to your eso account you can use it to login to the pc.-game.

If you want to do this an advice and a warning.

Advice: there are still a lot of older ESO-packs available (so from before tamriel unlimited. Cause the game had a monthly fee back then, the boxed price was significant lower and through retailers it is still possible to get it for that price. Those accounts are just as good.

Warning: I've heard several situations where games bought with stole creditcard info are being offered. Be carefull to only buy from trusted sources.

In any case. If you do this, your account/characters can not be transferred to PC. This service is not available. You can play if you buy it, but you start with an empty bank and no characters.
