Doesn't seem to be increasing my heavy dmg even though i'm holding heavy attack completely.
PS4 EU DC
Current CP : 756+
I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.
RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

✭What weapon type are you using? There are some issues with this skill and lightning and resto staves, in that it will only increase the damage of the last pulse of the attack, not the whole thing.0 -
