I need to choose between having 20% more spell damage (Entropy) or the spell resistance debuff (Weakness to Elements), which one would you pick?

As dps always spell damage. Healer can wear weakness to elements (or elemental drain, the morph you'll use then) to support the group.

Know that if you're in a group, most tanks will already place the debuff on target so no use in putting it yourself, because it won't stack.
