Best builds for Imperial Templar?

Just starting off to the game wondering what abilities would be best if I wanted to heal/help allies while also being able to stun and hurt enemies in PVP. Not looking to do a Tank role. Thanks

As you said "best" in the headline and according to that you imply you want to min/max, your race defines the "best" role/build.
According your first post you want to "heal/help allies, but also stun and hurt enemies". Efficient healing even in PvP will only work with a magicka build and you might build for some sort of magicka dps in addition, but just to a less degree. There is no "Superman-build" and even for Superman there is green kryptonite.

Lord Xanhorn✭✭✭✭Beauty is you can play whatever you like. The class has really no bearing on your playstyle. It is true they offer small bumps in particular styles but by no means is it that impactful. Play a mage, warrior, tank, healer, archer, or thief...its up to you. Templar makes a great any of those.I'm kind of a small deal!0

✭Imperial Templars are one of the most versatile race & class mixes in game. You can tank, heal or DPS, even do all 3 at once in some situations.

My build video above shows the many different set ups an Imperial Templar can play, even Templars in general.
I have improved upon that build some since I uploaded that video. Tested many different weapons and gear/skill set ups.
I might start working on a longer video that really goes in depth with the build and Templars in general.
