I finished all the quests in bleakrock. The crafting area was full and had a banker now its gone and there is enemies all over. Is this a glitch or bug?

The Island (?) gets invaded, you fight your way off and you're onto the next part of the story.
I would assume you can return...but I have no clue was to the state of Bleakrock when you do as I haven't felt inclined to go back just yet.0 -
