Are the consoles current with PC on patches?

I've Googled this question in so many different ways and have found zero results. It is astonishing as it seems rather important.

I'm an xbox one player and I'm wondering if we are current with our PC friends on patches? If not, what patch is on the Xbox one is comparable to which PC patch?

I've been very curious about this as I'm looking for advice on a templar build. I finally found one that I like that is a couple months old and some of the skills are showing vastly different... For one blazing shield on the build gave a boost to each enemy in the area. On console it gives a boost for each successful hit (I'm not even sure what that means)
Also on the build the mundus stone gave magicka recovery and on console it increases max magicka but doesn't say for how much. There are a couple of other differences.

no were not i know they got a patch on june 14th..That we still dont have ..the one with the xp potion and theres been no word on if consoles getting it..

Are the xp potions able to be crafted, found, sold in crown store?

I wonder how far behind we are..its so hard to find a guide that is usable. There are so many great guides, but if We are behind on patches it makes it extremely difficult, this is a beautiful mmo on console with no community interactions /support with lack of patches, no in game text to chat options, no auction house. I love the game, but it needs some help in my opinion to make it great.

Anybody have an eta on the xp potion patch? Havent heard anything myself. Cant wait to gut all these fish!

We are supposedly one major patch behind PC. The guides should be ok to use, except many of them name skills as their morphed name... So often I'm unclear which skill they mean and I have to look them up

Console is one patch behind. We will be getting it at the end of the month I saw someone post. Any build that states it's 1.6 is a good build for you to draw ideas from.
