I'm being mass reported for abusing Caltrops with Camo Hunter Proc's. This is an in game mechanic which is broken and not patched on Ps4. It has been patched on Pc.


This mechanic is no better then the broken Cold Habour Siege. So should i report anyone using those?

It should be fixed i agree.

    Nope not bannable at all, to be honest they shouldn't of ran into the caltraps.

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    You can use caltops to proc camo hunter.

    Not sure if intended but the game allow's you to do so.

    at the moment people are also abusing cold harbour siege which use invisable animations so their is no way to dodge. you just die.

    by any other games standards, abusing a bug is exploiting and bannable. which you should be.

    ^ This. And no, OP, Camouflaged Hunter has not been fixed on PC and it is still bugged. Knowingly using a bugged skill, or combination of bugged skills, is exploiting and you should be banned.

    you can not justify abusing a glitch and then say you think it should be fixed. you are bumping honest players off leaderboards that are pushing for emperor, among other game breaking side affects. this should not be tolerated by any means. the fact its still bugged on pc as well just shows where ZM's priorities are.

    but hey at least the crown store is working !

    The way I see it, no one should ever be reported for using game mechanics, broken or not.

    No one should be penalized for work that isn't done.

    If the parking sign in a particular spot is missing, just a pole with no sign and nothing on the ground, should you be penalized for parking there or should they fix the sign?

    camo hunter and caltrops isnt the problem, camo huner stacking mupltie times and invis pots being unbreakable stealth are. know what you are talking about before you attack your keyboard.

    Everyone knows that Expert Hunter and it's morphs are bugged and can be stacked multiple times and last permanently. Zenimax has received several reports and I've personally got a response back to one of mine that a fix is in the works.

    Seems exploitation is popular now. If I had discovered this before hearing it here I would not stack it like that because that is a cheap way to win and only desperate noskills would resort to it.

    The time, damage, and procs all stack. We know this, it has been reported, ZOS knows it, this exploit's days are numbered.

    You escalated the consequences of the OPs actions in relation to the analogy consequences. Let's try and keep it on the level.

    The OP is not ending the game for anyone and will be stopped with action from the devs.

    Is he doing something the devs may not like? Probably, but that's on them.

    Had his actions DESTROYED the game your analogy would be on, but IMO it hasn't especially when his actions can be replicated by those looking to best him.

    It's just an opportune time, it happens in the world.
