Black Market-an update suggestion

I propose introducing a black market vendor where players can swap or sell stolen goods that have not yet been laundered.

The concurrent economy could add an additional factor into guild trading.

These black market guild traders could be controlled or bidded by various guilds.

Or perhaps current guild traders could be upgraded to accept black market items.

What do you think?

I like the idea in a roleplay-like context, but I don't see how this would benefit anybody much. Laundering items costs next to nothing, so it doesn't really hurt you to launder it before selling it--and most people only launder things that are worth selling (motifs, recipes, etc.) or for the legerdemaine experience.

Not against the idea, I just don't see the point of it either. D:

Upgrading guild stores to black markets would allow people to sell stolen goods all over tamriel and drive sales traffic towards guild traders.
